Stephen Blake Woltz is an American professional wrestler best known by the ring name “Hangman” Adam Page. Known for his cowboy-inspired persona and emotional storytelling in the ring, Page has become one of the most prominent stars of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) since the company’s founding. Woltz began his wrestling career on the independent circuit in 2008 before gaining wider recognition in Ring of Honor (ROH) in 2011. During his time in ROH he developed into a rising talent and, in 2016, joined the influential Bullet Club stable, where he adopted the “Hangman” Adam Page character. As part of Bullet Club he teamed with The Young Bucks to win the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship and also appeared regularly in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) through the partnership between the two promotions. In 2018, he competed in NJPW’s premier tournament, the G1 Climax, further raising his international profile, and also became associated with The Elite, a subgroup of Bullet Club that helped shape the modern independent wrestling scene. In 2019, Page joined Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, and The Young Bucks in leaving ROH and NJPW to help launch All Elite Wrestling with the backing of Tony and Shahid Khan. He quickly became one of AEW’s cornerstone performers. At the company’s first event, Double or Nothing, Page won the Casino Battle Royale to earn a chance to become the inaugural AEW World Champion, though he was defeated by Chris Jericho later that year at All Out. Page’s career continued to rise in AEW, highlighted by winning the AEW World Tag Team Championship alongside Kenny Omega in January 2020. Their partnership and eventual rivalry culminated in Page defeating Omega to capture the AEW World Championship at Full Gear in November 2021. He later won the title for a second time in July 2025 by defeating Jon Moxley at All In: Texas. In January 2026, after capturing the AEW World Trios Championship with JetSpeed (Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight) as the trio known as Jet Set Rodeo, Page became the second wrestler in AEW history to complete the AEW Triple Crown.
