Yair Yint Aung (Burmese: ရဲရင့်အောင်, also spelled Ye Yint Aung) is one of Myanmar's most prominent contemporary figures in entertainment, renowned both as a successful singer-songwriter and an established actor. Born on 18 August 1993 in Yangon, Myanmar, Yair Yint Aung is the only son of Soe Lwin and May Soe Myint. After completing his high school education, he attended Thanlyin Technological University. Yair Yint Aung launched his career in the music industry in 2011 by participating in group albums under Bo Bo Entertainment. His breakout moment came with the hit song "Lwan Lun Loh" from the Bo Bo 1st Anniversary album, which propelled him to nationwide recognition. He is considered one of Myanmar's most successful singers in the R&B, soul, and pop genres. Transitioning from music, Yair Yint Aung made his acting debut in 2016.
