Rafaël Sem Pero is a writer, director, and producer who attended Vancouver Film School to improve their screenwriting capabilities. He wrote his first feature film titled ‘THE LIGHTBULB CONTRACT’ and continues to write stories, striving to capture all the littlest moments that make humans human. —He is a co-founder of Ragamuffin Films, a production company based in Vancouver, Canada. — Ragamuffin Films' first project was 'TAKES ONE TO GNOME ONE'. Rafaël Sem Pero applied the skills he learnt as a producer and production manager on a Vancouver Film School-funded comedy short titled 'The Fibulator ' to produce, co-write, and direct this first Ragamuffin Films production. — He aspires to strengthen his skills in stop-motion and animation, and continue to perfect his writing so he may deliver beautiful narratives that sprinkle in dashes of his own life as seasoning.
